These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9999php ("9999php", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 9999php.org. This Agreement applies to all services offered by 9999php, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bingo, slots, and any other gaming or entertainment products made available on the platform. Please read this Agreement carefully before creating an account or using any 9999php service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the 9999php platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9999php website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the 9999php platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing 9999php on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement. In such cases, "you" and "your" shall refer to both you and that person or entity.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 9999php platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the receipt of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 9999php, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 9999php or by any regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

9999php reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at 9999php's sole discretion.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 9999php platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 9999php reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 9999php immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers.
• You must not use another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 9999php platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 9999php supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 9999php account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. 9999php does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 9999php aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 9999php account.

• 9999php reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if 9999php has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.
• Deposits made via a specific payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method, subject to 9999php's discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

9999php offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 9999php reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 9999php reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 9999php platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer, poker, or any multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 9999php platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 9999php platform or its underlying software.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9999php platform — including but not limited to the 9999php brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9999php or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9999php platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 9999php content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the 9999php name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any 9999php content or software.

Any unauthorised use of 9999php intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9999php, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond 9999php's reasonable control.
• Errors or delays in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the 9999php platform.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 9999php's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9 Responsible Gaming

9999php is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered 9999php players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 9999php platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Termination

9999php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any actual or suspected breach of this Agreement.
• Any actual or suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• Inactivity on the account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved will be processed in the ordinary course. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of this Agreement may be forfeited at 9999php's discretion. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 9999php support team via live chat.

11 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

9999php operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 9999php platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

12 Amendments

9999php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, 9999php will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 9999php platform following the publication of any amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
